We keep our classes small to ensure quality instruction and individual attention. Our group courses have a maximum of 8 students per class. For specialized courses like DELF/DALF preparation, we limit the class size to 6 students to provide more focused instruction.

Yes, we offer one-on-one private lessons tailored to your specific needs and schedule. Private lessons can focus on particular areas of interest, such as business French, academic preparation, or conversation skills. Please contact us for private lesson pricing and availability.

We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment can be made in full at the time of registration, or in two installments for courses longer than 8 weeks. We offer a 5% discount for returning students and a 10% discount for enrolling in multiple courses simultaneously.

If you need to cancel your registration, you can receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the course starts. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 70% refund. Once a course has started, tuition fees are non-refundable, but in exceptional circumstances, we may offer credit toward future courses.
