About Parlez-Vous Français

Our Story

Parlez-Vous Français was founded in 2015 by a group of passionate French language teachers and cultural enthusiasts. Our mission is to bring authentic French language education to the heart of Baku, helping Azerbaijani students master the French language and gain insight into French culture.

What began as a small language school with just two classrooms has grown into one of Baku's premier French language institutions, with over 500 students completing our courses each year.

We believe that language learning should be immersive, practical, and enjoyable. Our teaching methods combine traditional language instruction with modern, communicative approaches that encourage students to actually use the language from day one.

Meet Our Team

Sophie Dubois

Founder & Academic Director

With over 15 years of teaching experience, Sophie holds a Master's degree in French Language Education from Sorbonne University. She oversees our academic programs and teacher training.

Jean-Pierre Moreau

Senior French Instructor

A native of Lyon, Jean-Pierre specializes in business French and has been teaching for 10 years. He previously worked as a corporate trainer for multinational companies in France.

Leyla Mammadova

Operations Manager

Born and raised in Baku, Leyla earned her degree in International Relations in Paris. She manages day-to-day operations and is the friendly face welcoming students to our center.
